First, good idea Don for this part of your site. In the two photos it appears as though the fire is either on the first floor or below grade possibly in the basement. Primary search of the fire floor as well as the floors above is paramount. With the fire escape in the front of the bldg I notice that there is nobody actively moving down towards the ground possibly indicating a vacant bldg. Any upward extention from the fire floor also needs to be checked by the truck co.'s quickly before it gets to far ahead. Also we can only see two sides of the bldg in the photos so there is a possibility of exposure problems on the other sides that we cannot see. In addition it appears that there are also some boarded windows on the upper floors in addition to the normal burglar bars so your truck companies are gonna be used up from the 3-2 assignment (I'm assuming that would be the assignment)as well as the Rescue or Squad just with the above mentioned functions. Engine co.'s are gonna have to stretch a line to the main fire as well as above the seat of the fire to hold any possible extention in check as well as a back-up line to guarantee the interior stairs if the first line can't.
